Policy Name: Administrative Performance Assessment

Applicable Code/Law: WAC 357-57 

It is the policy of Shoreline College District Number Seven (7) to encourage the growth and development of its administrative/exempt employees through ongoing performance-based assessment. The assessment shall at a minimum include performance feedback, future objectives, recognition of strengths and/or achievements, and identified areas for growth.   

All administrative/exempt employees will be evaluated within the first six (6) months of employment and annually thereafter.
