Diverse community with residents representing a wide array of backgrounds and lived
experiences
Living Learning Communities for Leadership, Innovation, and Gender Inclusion allow
students to make connections around shared passions and areas of interest
Services include 24-hour staff support, communal spaces including a kitchen and meditation
room, and weekly grocery shuttles
Activities include trips to events in the Seattle area, discussion groups focused
on encouraging resident growth, and community dinners
Resident Assistants
Live-in student leaders, Resident Assistants (RAs), help connect students to campus
and community resources
Dedicated staff members live throughout the building to provide one-on-one support
and promote social, academic, and personal well-being
RAs work to build a healthy and respectful community among students by hosting fun
activities to break from studying and get to know other students
