Transcript Requests

Transcripts display a student's course work and grades to date. If you want to see your current academic progress, view your unofficial transcript online. If you are submitting an application to another college or university, request your official transcript which carries the Registrar's signature and the College seal.

Unofficial Transcripts

Log into ctcLink to access your unofficial transcript. Follow these steps to locate your unofficial transcript in ctcLink:

Official Transcripts

You can request a transcript:

Request a copy through Parchment.com by using the Shoreline portal. You may use either your Shoreline student identification number (SID) or your social security number (SSN) when placing online orders.

Free transcripts and expedited processing options are not available for fully online orders.

  1. Download Transcript Request Form
  2. Fill out the form completely including student identification number (SID), birth date, last quarter attended, previous name (if applicable) and delivery information.
  3. Mail the completed form with payment to:

International Shipping

There is a $30 international first class mailing fee for all transcripts mailed to international destinations, including Canada. Transcripts to international destinations are sent by DHL.

Bring the Transcript Request Form and the fee to the Cashier's Office in the FOSS/5000 Building during regular business hours. Forms are also available on campus at Enrollment Services. All students receive the first two transcripts ordered by mail, email or in person free of charge, thereafter there is a charge of $5.00 per transcript. Same day transcripts are available for an additional charge of $20.00 (in person orders, during college business hours).

Cost

Transcripts are available for a fee of $5.00 each. Want to get an official transcript for free? Shoreline Community College waives the fee for up to two transcripts when you download the transcript request form and send to us by mail, email, or in person.

Process Time

Transcript requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

Same Day Requests

Same day transcripts can be requested by mail, email or in person for an additional fee of $20.00. Same day transcripts are available for in person pick up or standard U.S. 1st class mail. There is no same day option for transcripts ordered online.

 

Please Note: Due to high demand during peak periods, please order transcripts as early as possible to meet your application deadline. All outstanding debts to the college must be cleared in advance of ordering official transcripts.
