Shoreline Quick Facts

Welcome to the Shoreline Quick Facts Dashboard!

The Shoreline Quick Facts Dashboard is intended to give staff/faculty, students, and the community an easy way to view student demographics and amount of financial aid students receive.

How to Use this Dashboard:
There are two tabs for this dashboard:

  1. SC Quick Facts: Provides demographics and financial aid amounts of student population during a time period.
  2. Glossary: Allows the user to view the definition of a term from the dashboard. You may use the search bar to type in the term you wish to see the definition for.

Within the SC Quick Facts tab, select the funnel at the top left to display the filters. You may change the filters to whatever selection of students you wish to see. Once you have made your selection, press the "X" to hide the filters again.
If you wish to Export the Dashboard into a PDF, select the Export button below the filters button on the left hand side of the dashboard.
If you don't see the data you are hoping to see, please select the PIE button on the left hand side to direct you to the Shoreline Community College Planning & Institutional Effectiveness (PIE) site. Once you are there, you may explore other data offerings or submit a data request ticket.

Please contact Nyx Mann (nmann@shoreline.edu) or Ann Garnsey-Harter (agarnsey@shoreline.edu) if you have any questions, concerns, or would like to provide feedback.
