Policy 

Meals and light refreshments may be purchased in compliance with the State Administrative and Accounting Manual (SAAM) published and maintained by the Office of Financial Management of State of Washington, regarding providing meals, coffee or light refreshments for meetings on campus and reimbursement for meals while traveling.
