Policy 

In order to make possible the proper management of the College and to offer a quality educational program, it is necessary for the College to charge tuition and fees and, under certain circumstances, to levy fines.  All applicable federal laws and regulations will be observed and implemented when doing so is necessary to maintain eligibility for Federal funding of programs and as allowed by State law.
