Policy  

The policy of Shoreline College District Number Seven (7) is to provide College-authorized employee affinity groups as a way for employees with shared identities, characteristics, and/or life experiences to connect in a manner that supports inclusion, belonging, and engagement at the College.  

While the goal of the College is to foster employee learning, development and community membership, membership in any College-authorized affinity group must align its work with the College’s mission and goals. Participation in these groups may not be limited based on an employee’s race, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected category.
