Men's Soccer Assistant Coach
Dagmawi Terfasa
After playing for Shoreline Community College in 2019 and returning in 2021, Mawi transitioned into coaching roles, starting by working at TOCA as a youth soccer trainer and volunteering to assist the men’s varsity team at Shoreline Community College. The dedication and passion for the game has now earned him an assistant coach position with the same team this year. Mawi has been the head coach for Sound FC’s boys 2011 team and is also currently the head coach for the girls 2014 team at Seattle Reign Academy.
William Colello
Coach Colello hails from Normandy Park, Washington. He attended Mount Rainier High School in Des Moines and played youth soccer for Snohomish United. A NWAC alumnus, he played soccer at Highline College in 2021 and was part of a conference championship team while earning an AA degree in business. He then transferred to Chaminade University of Honolulu to play PACWest soccer and completed his bachelor's degree in business administration with a marketing minor, achieving a 4.0 GPA. He is a two-time west regional champion with the Crossfire NPSL team in 2022 and 2023.
