The following special programs provide opportunities for students who have different needs with their short-term study or travel plans.

  • ACE Scholars Program (Online): Accelerated College Experience Scholars Program is a selective opportunity for outstanding international students in Grades 10–12 to earn U.S. college credit while completing high school. Courses are 100% online and asynchronous. No visa is needed.
  • Gap-Year Program: Students can enroll for one quarter or more as full-time international students on F-1 student visa to study English language or take college-level courses. Cohort groups will be arranged with local field trips.
  • Seattle Experience Camp: Participants in the camp group will have morning workshops on selected topics, afternoon field trips, and day trips on weekend to gain a pre-college experience and enjoy fun activities in Seattle. These camps usually are two weeks long. Participants will come to the U.S. on a tourist visa unless qualifying for entry under the Visa Waiver Program.
