Students often need to verify their enrollment for purposes related to health insurance, job applications, or applications to other colleges and universities.

Student Verification Requests

To request a verification of your enrollment at Shoreline Community College, please visit the National Student Clearinghouse.

If you need a signed letter with the College seal, please fill out a Request for Enrollment Verification Form. You may email this form as a pdf to our Office of Enrollment Services at enrollmentservices@shoreline.edu, bring it to the Enrollment Services Office in our 5000/FOSS building on the 2nd Floor, or fax it to us at 206-546-5835. Please allow a minimum of three business days for your request to be completed.

Please Note: Due to the unique verification requirements for the Nursing & Dental Hygiene programs, additional processing time is necessary. Please allow a mimimum of 1-2 weeks for these verifications (summer processing may require more lead time).

Employer or Agency Verification

Employers, agencies or educational institutions need to contact the National Student Clearinghouse directly.
