High School Transcripts
Click below to learn more about how you might be able to use your high school transcript for placement into English and/or Math.
If you have completed two years at any US high school within the last five years, and earned a cumulative 2.5 GPA, you can enroll in ENGL& 101.
If you earned a "B" grade or better in one semester of Bridge to College English, you may enroll in English 101.
Within two years of graduating from a Washington high school, students may use either the letter grade earned in the second term of a high school mathematics course or their overall cumulative high school GPA to determine their mathematics placement.
KEEP IN MIND:
· You may register for any math class at or before your placement in the math sequence. An advisor can help you determine the best math pathway for your academic plan.
· Students placed into Math& 107, Math& 146, or Math& 141 may choose to register for a corequisite support class section if 2-3 credits of additional algebra preparation and study support is desired.
· Students with AP or IB exam scores may be able to use them for higher placement and/or course credit.
· For a student who has not yet graduated, placement is determined by math completed in the previous year. Placement via cumulative GPA is only available for students who have graduated from high school.
