There are disabled parking spots close to most buildings, including in front of the #1600 Theater Building. Cars displaying a valid disabled placard, wallet card or vehicle plate issued to the person in the car are allowed in any parking lot.  Disabled and accessible parking spots are located directly in front of the #1600 Theater building and are available on a first-come, first served basis.  Note that you may want to drop off guests who mobility issues in front of the building and then park your vehicle since access from the parking lot to the theater may be impeded due to construction and other barriers.
