Shoreline College and Woodland Park Players Innaugural Summer Musical

Woodland Park Players community theater company (established 2016) is proud to announce we have joined Shoreline College to put on a summer theater Musical! Be a part of our inaugural youth summer program.  For our first production we are putting on Newsies! This program has a top-tier team and all the support to create a magical summer for your children.

We are inviting performers ages ~14–20 to audition for this high-energy, dance-driven musical inspired by the real-life Newsboys Strike of 1899. Rehearsals and shows will take place in the Shoreline College Main Theater.

Auditions:

Sunday 5/17  starting at 5:45 pm through 9:15 pm, or, Friday 5/22 starting at 5:45 pm through 9:15 pm.

Callback info: Saturday, May 30 from 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM. Shoreline College Campus, Room 1515

If you get cast, camp fees are *$1,100 for 5 weeks.  That’s $220/week for five weeks, Mon - Fri, 9 AM to 3 PM

Needs-based scholarships available. We want all to participate that want too!

Rising 8th grade to age 20 year old students

Behind the Curtain Support & Tech Team: We welcome high school and College students to be trained on how to become leads and support the production as: lighting and technical support, assistant choreographers and costumers, prop designers, and more!
