High School Completion Program

Shoreline's High School Completion Program can help you earn a high school diploma. If you are an adult age 18 or older, you may be able to earn a high school diploma from the college by completing classes through the High School Completion Program. If you are a full-time high school student, you may be eligible to earn a high school diploma from your high school by attending classes at the college and transferring the credits to your high school.

How much will it cost?

If you are 19 or older, you pay a reduced fee per credit on your high school completion courses. You must complete a Tuition Waiver form to receive this reduced tuition. If you are under 19, you pay tuition fees as listed in the Shoreline Community College Quarterly Class Schedule.

What does the program involve?

The length of time required to earn a diploma varies depending on the number of credits you bring to the program. An evaluation of your transcript will assist in determining course work needed to earn a diploma. Graduation requirements are determined by your expected graduation year, which is assigned when you first entered high school.

Students enrolled in the High School Completion Program must maintain an accumulative GPA of 2.0 in order to be awarded a high school diploma.
