Planned campus power shutdown - Friday, September 24th. No in-person services: Power will be shut down throughout Shoreline's campus on September 24th to perform required maintenance work. No in-person services will be available until Monday Sept 27th. Staff will continue to be available online and through remote services.
Online services that will be affected include:
- Wi-Fi access in and near the affected buildings: 1800, 2100, 2200, 2300, 2400, 2500, 2600, 2700, 2900, 3000, and 5000.
- Student remote access to labs in the affected buildings
The shutdown will not interfere with Canvas or other core online services such as class schedule and registration.
Faculty experts: classes taught by working professionals with deep knowledge, experience and connections
in their field
Real-world learning: students participate in professionally directed stage and film productions
Industry partnerships: Connections with Seattle International Film Festival (SIFF), TheFilmSchool, The Seattle
Film Summit and the Shoreline Film Office (located on campus)
Cutting-edge learning tools: film students train on latest industry-standard equipment and software
State-of-the-art facilities: a 360-seat theater with 4K digital video projection and 7.1 surround sound hosts
theater and film productions, two computer labs for video editing, Black Box theater
Scholarships: program-specific funding available through the Foundation
