Office of the ADA Coordinator
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act of 2008 (ADAAA), the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and relevant local, state, and federal laws, Shoreline College provides individuals with disabilities equal access to College-related programs, services, and activities. The Office of the ADA Coordinator is available to assist students, employees, and visitors at the College with navigating concerns.
If you or someone you know may have experienced discrimination or harassment based on a disability, the College offers support and resources. Concerns may be submitted using the College’s ADA Complaint Form. The College’s ADA Coordinator or an assigned Deputy ADA Coordinator, will perform the following:
- Respond to your concern within five business days
- Listen to your concerns.
- Assist you in navigating the situation and discuss next steps.
- Offer referrals to additional resources, both on and off campus.
