Transfer your credits to Shoreline

Incoming transcripts are received electronically or by mail. Electronic transcripts are accepted; however they are not considered official unless sent by the school from which the student has made the request or a third-party transcript service. Transcript evaluations are completed in the order by which they are received. Please allow up to twelve (12) weeks for evaluations to be completed. 

• We have processed Transcript Evaluation & Credit Transfers for requests made prior to: November 21st, 2024. Please review your file via ctcLink. You can access this by clicking on the Academics tab and then selecting “Transfer Credit.” This will tell you what courses have been officially transferred.

All requests made after the above date are being processed in a timely fashion. Please be advised that in order to process this request, we require both the Transcript Evaluation Form and ALL official transcripts from your prior college/universities. We are unable to process any requests that are missing the necessary documents.

Please allow 10-12 weeks for completion. We appreciate your patience in this matter.

If you have AP, IB, or other college-level credits you want to put toward your degree, transfer your credits to Shoreline by submitting your high school or previous college transcripts.

If you are submitting an application to another college or university, request your official transcript which carries the Registrar's signature and the College seal.
