Graduation Info for International Students
Students applying for graduation with a transfer or major related program associate’s degree should take the following steps:
- Meet with your advisor to review your academic process and check your planning guide
- Fill out the Application for Degree
- Be sure to list all colleges from which credits are to be used to complete degree requirements
If you are completing more than one degree you will need to submit a separate graduation application for each one.
Diplomas are awarded once a final graduation evaluation has occurred, to confirm all requirements have been satisfied. Diplomas are mailed to graduates approximately 12 weeks after the end of the quarter in which they graduate.
Students who have graduated during the previous Fall and Winter quarters will be invited to participate in the annual Spring commencement ceremony, along with all applicants for Spring and Summer quarter graduation. To be included in the commencement ceremony, graduation applications for Spring and Summer must be received by the second week of April.
