Camp & Clinic Descriptions
Boys and Girls All-Skills Basketball | Camp A 9am-1pm | Camp B 9am-3pm
Basketball fundamentals for boys and girls grades 3-8. Develop basketball skills within a fun and positive camp environment. Instruction covers shooting, dribbling, passing, footwork, offensive techniques, defensive skills, position work, mental preparation and teamwork. Practice and apply new skills in drills and games with peers. Campers are divided into groups/teams by age and skill level whenever possible.
Volleyball All-Skills Camp | Flyer
Volleyball fundamentals for boys and girls grades 5-12. This Camp is designed for all levels of players: beginners, intermediate, and advanced. Players will be divided by level of play. Coaches will demonstrate, explain volleyball techniques and run drills to maximize as many contacts as possible.
Volleyball All-Skills Advanced Camp | Flyer
Volleyball fundamentals for boys and girls grades 7-12. For intermediate and advanced players. Players will be divided by level of play. Coaches will demonstrate and explain volleyball techniques, and run drills to maximize as many contacts as possible.
Volleyball High School Camp | Flyer
For advanced players in grades 9-12. Divided by positions, experience, and ability levels. Focus on training, improving techniques, and developing skills. Advice on showcasing skills for HS tryouts, using strengths and abilities to secure a spot on a team.
Volleyball Setters/Hitters Camp | Flyer
For intermediate to advanced level players grades 8-12. Focus on position/skills needed for play in High School or competitive situations. Each player will receive personalized instruction to master keys to success.
Women’s Soccer ID Clinic
Designed for players with serious interest in playing soccer in college. Instruction by SCC Women’s Soccer coaching staff during two field sessions that mirror typical college training sessions & the demands & speed associated with them. Emphasis on technical & tactical elements of daily training.

→ Medical Waiver/Release: Complete form and bring with you on first day of Camps/Clinics.
→ All students should wear comfortable athletic clothing, appropriate footwear, and bring a water bottle.
→ Campers attending the extended day 6-hour camps should bring a snack and lunch with them each day.
→ For Basketball Camps, bring a basketball labeled with your family name.

Shoreline Community College Athletics!
Camp proceeds will be used to support Shoreline Community College Athletics and Varsity Sports and may include paying for or sponsoring any of the following: student-athlete scholarships; team uniforms and equipment; tournament fees; travel expenses; team events including trips, meals, awards, and banquets; indoor and outdoor facility rentals; media and technology (hardware and software); training and professional development; membership with professional organizations; and additional coaches’ salaries.
Head Coach Donald Brady took over the Dolphin program in 2014. In his first year as head coach Brady doubled the win total from the previous year. Brady has been a college coach for nine seasons and also works closely with area youth basketball organizations. He and his staff look forward to working with excited youth basketball players.
Shoreline Volleyball Head Coach Raquel Chumpitaz-West and Assistant Coach Mark West came to coach the Shoreline Volleyball team in 1997. They finished second in the NWAC once and won back to back Northern Region Championships in 2010 and 2011. Together, the Wests have over 35 years of coaching experience at a variety of levels. They have played Volleyball for over 50 years and continue to work with 10-12 Boys and Girls Club Teams and their SpaceNeedle Volleyball Foundation throughout the year.
Matt Dorman takes the reins of the women's soccer program as the team's Head Coach for the 2015 season. He has extensive experience at the club, high school and Olympic development program levels. During the 2014 season, Dorman coached of the Bellevue High School girls varsity program to an 18-2-0 record. Bellevue was crowned 3A/2A KingCo League Champions, KingCo 3A Championship Winners and 3A state semi-finalists.
