Coffee and Currents

     

 

 

A joint project of the Global Affairs Center and the Worldly Philosophers' and Dismal Scientists' Society (WPDSS) student club.

 

Coffee and Currents are informal gatherings of WPDSS club members and faculty (and other interested parties) to discuss contemporary social issues by focusing on the ideas and arguments contained in a particular article or group of articles.

 

The time and location of Coffee and Currents gatherings varies, but is usually in the early afternoon, sometimes on campus and sometimes off campus in a nearby coffee shop.
