ctcLink Account Activation

The first step to getting started in ctcLink is to activate your account! Follow these instructions to get set up.

 If you need assistance, you can search for answers to your questions using the Shoreline Support Center, available 24 hours a day and submit a request as needed for personal support.

 

Activate your ctcLink account

Learn how to activate your ctcLink account in this tutorial.

This process can only be done on a desktop or laptop. Please follow all instructions carefully.

On this screen, enter your first name, last name* and date of birth. For the "ID type", you will choose "*SID (old)", then enter your current SID.  *(If your legal name is a single name—such as Pran, Madonna or Nani—you must enter a hyphen (-) in the First Name field and enter your single name in the Last Name field.)On this screen, enter your first name, last name* and date of birth. Step 3

Next, enter your **first name, last name and date of birth.

For the "ID type", choose:

  • "ctcLink ID" if you have recieved your ctcLink ID
  • "*SID (old)" if you have not yet recieved your ctcLink ID. If you do not remember your SID, use the SID Lookup tool

Once you've entered everything, click "Submit".

**Your first and last name must match the first and last name that we have registered for you. If you have mutliple last names or if you are unsure of what your registered name is, please visit the Support Center and either submit a request or chat with an agent.

The next screen will say "your account has been activated". BEFORE CLICKING ANYTHING ON THIS PAGE, COMPLETE THE NEXT STEP.

In this box, you will see the phrase "This is your ctcLink ID: #########". Either write down your ctcLink ID, take a screenshot, paste it into an email that you send to yourself. Make sure you have that ctcLink ID saved somewhere, as it will be your username to log into the ctcLink system. Step 6

In this box, you will see the phrase "This is your ctcLink ID: #########". Choose a way to save this number. This is a 9 digit number, please make sure you have all 9 digits saved.

Write down your ctcLink ID, take a screenshot, or paste it into an email that you send to yourself. Make sure you have saved your ctcLink ID somewhere, as it will be your username to log into the ctcLink system.

Then click "OK".
