Student Programs
Other Functions
The Student Programs Office provides a number of services for the campus and the community.
These include:
- managing Student Activity Fee budget expenditures;
- providing orientation and training for club officers and advisors;
- advising Student Government;
- providing student leadership training for club and student government officers;
- advising Campus Activity Programmers CAPS and the international student retention programs sponsored by CAPS;
- advising the Arts & Entertainment Board and the College Artist & Lecture Series sponsored by the Arts & Entertainment Board;
- providing campus tours;
- providing audio system support for student clubs and organization sponsored events;
- providing a workstation and graphic design support for clubs and organizations;
- managing the registration of all posted materials on campus;
- managing the registration of all vendors and information tables on campus;
- managing the renovation of the Pagoda Union Building (PUB).
