Here is a link to UWTV's website, you can find the posted videos from their Mini Med School seminars by  putting "mini med school" in their search engine. These seminars are open to the public, and are usually sometime around February-March. Several members of our club attended in 2010.

This is a link to the UW School of Dentistry website.   http://www.dental.washington.edu/

This is a complete list of all dental schools in the US (may include a couple of Canadian ones).  School contact info, direct links, application deadlines, extra application materials that they may ask for, etc.

This is where you create your application and account.  Application cycles begin in May of each year.  Get your application completed early (summer) -- never trust schools given deadlines.

Scroll down.  Check out Pre-dental discussions, DAT discussions, and others.  This is where you go on forums and see what your competitors/comrades are talking about.  You can search of asked questions or ask questions, but be wary of what people answer with -- some are trying to play psychological tricks on who they consider as competitors.

On this site, you can also learn from other students' interview experiences and study the kind of questions asked in interviews.  http://more.studentdoctor.net/welcome.php/interview_read.asp

This is where you can do a quick data gathering.  See which school accepts what kind of grades and scores, which schools accept out of state students, check out what other students are getting on their DATs.  Remember, some people may post fake scores to scare off others.

You register to take your DAT here.  Apply early as spots get taken way far in advance during certain months.  This site should provide you a free practice exam that's 10 years old.  They send your score to the first 5 schools of your choice for free.  You DO NOT have to choose all the schools that you want your score to be sent to, because each send cost $35 or so, so if you didn't do well on the test, why waste the money?  You can always add more schools onto your send-to list later.

You can change your scheduled test date here if you don't feel ready when the date you chose approaches.  I believe each change will cost $25.
