Browser refresh instructions:

If you see Temporarily Unavailable on your Blackboard login screen, refresh your web browser by following these instructions:

Internet Explorer:

Go to Tools, (gear symbol) > Internet Options > General
Then in Browsing History click Settings
Select Every Time I Start Internet Explorer.

Firefox:

Go to Tools > Clear Recent History
Select Browsing History, Cookies, and Cache.
Click on Clear Private Data Now.

Safari:

To clear the cache:
Go to the Safari menu and select Empty Cache, then in the new window, click the Empty button.
