If you are enrolled in Online Classes, contact the Financial Aid Department to request an Attendance Verification form. Then ask your instructor to send you an email confirming your participation. Bring the printed e-mail, the Attendance Verification form, and your picture ID when you pick up your financial aid check.
If you are studying off-campus and want to request that your check be mailed to you, forward the e-mail from your instructor to finaid@shoreline.edu. In the e-mail message include your first and last name, Student ID number, mailing address, class title and item number, credits per class, and name of the quarter.
