Shoreline Community College offers a great way: intramural sports.

Run by one of our own sports enthusiasts, Movakel Sargizi, along with other staff members, Shoreline hosts many different intramurals for students to take advantage of.

So if you're looking for something other than weight lifting or running for exercise, check out these great ideas.

Shoreline also offers some outdoor club activities for students to take part in. These give people an opportunity to meet up with friends, get some fresh air and check out a little of the great outdoors.

If that is not enough for you, there are also sports going on in the gym during lunch. I can't think of a better way to boost your energy between lectures.

Okay last thing before the schedule - ALL OF THIS IS FREE!!!
