Dental Hygiene Program 2008-2009

Getting accepted into any dental hygiene program takes dedication. Dental hygiene programs often get hundreds of applications each year. At Shoreline we accept 24 students per year and they begin the program every fall quarter. If you are highly motivated and excel academically, there is a good chance you will be accepted. However, other factors apply. Please read the program information for selection criteria. Specific selection scoring criteria can be found in the Forms Packet.  As faculty are selective about accepting students who are likely to succeed, we encourage future dental hygienists to be selective in which college will be the best match for their individual style and provide the education that will help meet their individual needs. We encourage you to browse our website and familiarize yourself with the “style” of Shoreline Community College’s Dental Hygiene Program, students and faculty.
