Calligraphy
CHINESE CALLIGRAPHY—NEW!
Calligraphy is an ancient, abstract art form
that is still widely practiced throughout China
today. Although Chinese words are expressed
through calligraphy, one does not have to know
Chinese to appreciate its beauty. This is a
beginning class designed to introduce the basics
of calligraphy, but preferably, students should
have a background in Chinese language.
Calligraphy will engage your heart, soul and
mind. Please join us in this fun class! The
instructor, Shu-ya Williams, is a native Chinese
speaker and class materials will be provided.
