DANCE AEROBICS—NEW!

Get a great shape and lose some pounds while dancing to your favorite melodies!  No partner or dance experience required. Instructor is a US National Professional Latin Dance finalist. No class 7/3.

EN GARDE! FENCING

Fencing is a unique sport that promotes active problem solving and the use of strategy. Developing fencing skills leads to improved balance, speed, reaction time, increased accuracy and greater cardiovascular health. Learn the objectives and rules of foil, epee, and sabre fencing. Concepts will relate to balance and center of gravity so students can make the most of speed, reaction time, change of direction and ability to react appropriately in offense or defense. Students should wear athletic running shoes and long pants; equipment including protective gear, provided. Instructor is an Olympic fencing athlete and trainer.

KUNDALINI YOGA  

Kundalini Yoga assists students in reestablishing the body-mind-spirit connection: to feel whole and complete. After each class we will feel both energized and at peace. Each class will involve a complete set of techniques (breath, sound, movement, posture, rest) for maximizing healthful functioning at the physical, mental and emotional levels. Bring a thick mat, blanket, and water bottle.

Tai Chi - Intermediate

A beautiful slow moving, expansive form of Tai Chi that weaves an energy pattern of serenity, harmony and balance with "effortless effort" through the simple act of breathing in and breathing out. This class is for those who want to build on the basic level. Barbara Gleisner is with the Ling Gui International Healing Qigong School and has practiced and taught Tai Chi Chuan for seven years. Wear comfortable clothing; no class 6/25 and 7/16.
