Finding Flexibilty:
Bring a mat or blanket and
wear loose comfortable clothing.
Bellydancercize:
Bring a mat or blanket and
wear loose comfortable clothing.
Kundalini Yoga:
Bring a thick mat, blanket,
and water bottle.
Yoga Conditioning:
Come with an empty stomach, bring a mat (yoga
style preferred) and wear comfortable clothing
Bamboo Mountain Qi Gong:
Wear comfortable clothing to class.
Tai Chi:
Wear comfortable clothing to class.
EN GARDE! FENCING:
Students should wear athletic running shoes and
long pants; equipment including protective gear,
provided.

Essential Bicycle Maintenance:
Patch kit
Spare tube (make
sure it is the right size for the tire)
Tire levers (at
least 3)
Tire pump
Small Phillips
screwdriver (match it to screws on components)
Small standard
screwdriver (match it to screws on components)
Pliers (preferably
needle-nose)
Allen wrenches that
match the components (bicycle “Y” wrench is
often a good choice)
Open-end wrenches
that match the components (“Y” wrench is also
often a good choice)
Chain tool
Chain oil
Spoke wrench that
matches wheel’s nipples (nuts on the spokes
attaching them to the rim)
