You are not appear to have knowledge about the position. You do not sound confident in your answers to questions about yourself. You do not clearly describe the skills you have to do this job.

You have excellent eye contact.  Your language and grammar is appropriate. You do not use um or and. You speak at the right speed and volume.

You do not have eye contact often. Your grammar and language are not appropriate. You say um or and too many times. You talk too fast or too slow or it is difficult to hear what you are saying.
