Automotive Skill Panel Roster

The Automotive Skill Panel is an industry-led consortium of over 40 private and public regional organizations dedicated to ensuring the availability and effectiveness of training and education for a highly qualified automotive workforce.

The Skill Panel guides these ATCO Project activities:

  • Creation of training programs for new, entry level workers
  • Customized training to enhance the skills of incumbent (existing) workers
  • Identification of career pathways through which today's automotive workers can advance

Skill Panel members comprised of Automotive Dealers, Independent Automotive Service Organizations, Educational Institutions, Community-Based Organizations, Policy Makers, and Workforce Development Councils work together to provide the crucial leadership to strengthen the region's automotive workforce to meet the needs of the 21st Century, high tech automotive sales and service industry.
