GST NRCCTE Report

The National Research Center for Career and Technical Education (NRCCTE), which was created by the “Perkins” legislation as a research adjunct to the Department of Education’s Office of Vocational and Adult Education, included Shoreline Community College’s General Service Technician (GST) automotive courses for low-skilled, low-income adults with English as a Second Language (ESL) and/or Adult Basic Education (ABE) training needs in its report, "A cross-case analysis of career pathway programs that link low-skilled adults to family-sustaining wage careers.
