Currently we are not accepting applications to the Nursing Programs,
however, you may review previously entered apps.

and are assigned at the time of application to the college.  If you have questions about these numbers,

Please select one of the following:
 
  * Nursing Program
This is the application used by the majority of applicants. Use this application if you have non-Nursing courses from either Shoreline or another college.
 
  * LPN to ADN (RN) Program 
Use this application only if you are a Licensed Practical Nurse seeking advanced placement in our program.  There are a limited number of spaces reserved for quarter.
 
  * Nursing Transfer Program
Use this application only if you were admitted to another nursing program and wish to transfer nursing courses (not prerequisites).  You must be eligible for re-entry into the original program and you must be currently enrolled, or have been enrolled within the last year.  You also must meet minimum requirements for admission to our program and must have completed all of the non-nursing courses.  Transfer opportunities to enter our program at an advanced level are limited to when a space becomes available.
