Follow the instructions below.

 Current Shoreline Students

  1. Confirm that you have met all the prerequisites and entrance requirements before applying for admission.
    • Use the course equivalency chart to match courses you've taken elsewhere with the prerequisite courses as offered at Shoreline.
    • If, after reviewing the course equivalency chart, your courses don't match up with Shoreline's prerequisites, submit a completed review of course equivalence form, follow the directions on the form.
    • Results of evaluation for transfer will be sent to you via email. The request for course equivalence form MUST be reviewed by the Dental Hygiene program BEFORE you apply to the program.
  2. During the OPEN online application period, using your student ID and PIN, proceed to Dental Hygiene's online application and follow the directions there.

Here is what you will need to complete the application process:

During OPEN application period: complete application, remit $20 non-refundable application fee payment, electronically sign and SUBMIT.

Additionally, the following materials must be mail or hand-deliver in ONE ENVELOPE to the Dental Hygiene Program before the established deadline. If mailed, postmark must be no later than the deadline. If hand-delivered, must be received no later than 4 p.m. on the deadlinereceived no later than 4 p.m. on the deadline

Students New to Shoreline

  2. After your course equivalencies have been determined submit Shoreline's online application for general admission.  Doing so will provide you with a student ID number and PIN number, sent to you via email within three days of submitting the application.
  3. Using your new student ID number and PIN, during the OPEN online application period proceed to Dental Hygiene's online application and follow the directions there.
