Official Transcript Requests
An official transcript is a copy of the student's academic record at the college and is required for any application submitted to another college or university. An official transcript carries the Registrar's signature and the College seal.
You can request a transcript:
There is no charge for the first two transcripts ordered. Thereafter, there is a fee of $5 per copy, requests are typically fulfilled in 3-5 business days. There is a $30 fee for international first class mailing. Due to high demand during peak periods, please order transcripts as early as possible to meet your application deadline.

- Download Transcript Request Form
- Fill out the form completely including student identification number (SID), birth date, last quarter attended, previous name (if applicable) and delivery information.
- Mail the completed form with payment to:

Bring the Transcript Request Form and the fee to the Cashier's Office in the FOSS/5000 Building during regular business hours. Forms are also available on campus at Enrollment Services. All students receive the first two transcripts ordered in person free of charge, thereafter there is a charge of $5.00 per transcript. Same day transcripts are available for an additional charge of $20.00 (in person orders, during college business hours).
