The Shoreline Community College Softball Team got off to a fast start in the first game against Big Bend, scoring the first four runs of the game, but the Lady Vikings scored 6 runs in the 6th inning and 3 runs in the 7th to go on to a 10-7 win over the Dolphins.

Nikki Reyling had 3 hits for SCC while Alia Kelly had two hits to include a homerun. Carly Grant added a homerun as well.

In the second games, Big Bend continued the offensive explosion, putting up 9 runs and the Lady Dolphins came up short, only scoring 5 runs in the nightcap.

SCC is now 2-2-2 on the season and travel to Yakima Valley CC on Saturday for three games against Yakima, the CC of Spokane and Pierce College.
