Then select an area in which you will develop a government policy:

Visit web sites to find the issues and concerns in these areas then formulate your own policy recommendation. First, identify the level of government (local, state, federal, international).

Second, identify the problem you hope to address by your policy. Third, explain how your policy can be implemented - (cost shifting, new taxes, no cost, etc.) Fourth, evaluate the possible political success or failure of your idea.
