Outlook Web Access Issues and Smart Phones
Many users have reported problems accessing e-mail via Outlook Web Access and via smart phones this morning.  Recent upgrades to the system may have be responsible for these temporary problems.  TSS staff are working to resolve these problems.
Logging in to a secondary email account
In order to log in to a secondary email account using Outlook Web Access please type:
https://mail.shoreline.edu/exchange/account
where account is the mailbox account you wish to view.
Outlook Web Access update
In preparation for the transition to Microsoft Exchange 2007 the interface for Outlook Web Access (OWA) at mail.shoreline.edu has been updated.  The look is different but the way you use it is the same as before.  In the coming weeks user email will be transitioned from the Microsoft Exchange 2003 servers to the new Exchange 2007 servers.  One of the major benefits of this will be better availability of email services.
