SCCMail3 reboot
SCCMail3 was rebooted at 11:10am in an attempt to resolve calendar issues.
Rizzo file server upgrades
The main file server for SCC has been having performance issues for many months due to various issues.  Yesterday TSS implemented a number of upgrades to address this performance problem: the memory on the server was upgraded from 2GB to 8GB, the server was upgraded to Windows Server 2008, and the external storage device that houses all file shares was moved to a new RAID controller.  This work took longer than expected but service returned at 7:45am today.  There is an issue with the storage unit that may cause degraded performance for the next 24 hours but it appears this upgrade has improved overall responsiveness of the server and should tide us over until we can implement a more robust and resilient file serving infrastructure.
Front-end E-mail server rebooted
The front-end e-mail server MAIL1 was not responding and was rebooted a short time ago.  This would have only impacted web mail users.  The server is now functioning normally.
