RIZZO now responding normally

RIZZO now appears to be responding normally.  The problem may have been related to files and folders that begin the tilde (~) character.  The tilde has special meaning in a number of applications and should be avoided.

RIZZO Problems
We are experiencing some problems accessing the shared drives on RIZZO currently.  TSS staff are looking into the problem.

SPAM filter failure
The SPAM filter on one of our two front-end mail servers failed on Friday resulting in a 50% increase in junk messages reaching your inbox.  The server is processing correctly now.
