Our users are getting E-mails with no "Sender" "Recipient" "Subject Line" and Message "Body". Examining the headers of these E-mails they appear to be from our GroupShield E-mail antivirus software. GroupShield is configured to send the user and "alert" when it finds and blocks an E-mail with a virus. For some reason (which I am currently investigating) It does not properly format the header so that outlook recognizes it as and E-mail.
