Several systems were down this morning due to a circuit breaker being tripped early today.  The circuit breaker tripped twice.  TSS staff are reorganizing the power distribution in the server room in order to prevent continued failure.  The impacted systems should be available soon.  The servers that were down this morning provide printing services and student file sharing services.

A circuit breaker tripped in the server room early this morning cutting power to one of the three main server racks.  Power has been restored, but the disk storage subsystem for the student file server did not come back online.  TSS staff are diagnosing the problem.

Postini has scheduled maintenance for this Friday beginning at 8:00PM to 1:00AM Saturday morning.  E-mail will service will not be interrupted, but the Message Center will be unavailable during this time.
