Permissable use of Student Funds

Mini-Grant Funding Request 

The Club Supplemental process allows Clubs and Category II organizations to apply for funding to supplement their current budget. For clubs, this means funding on top of the $500 baseline budget.

How Do I complete a Mini-Grant Request?

Attach the following in an e-mail to StudentFinance@shoreline.edu
a. A Completed Mini-Grant Application.
        1.  Download the funding request packet PDF file.
        2.  Fill out the form in Adobe Reader.
        3.  Save the form (File>Save), name it: ______ Funding Request Packet.pdf and attach to an email.
b.    A detailed Budget breakdown for this event/activity (see example below)
c.    Download the CAS Domains and Dimensions as a reference when filling out the Mini-Grant.

Be sure you check over your entire submission to ensure it is complete.

Sample Budget Breakdown

While it is not necessary to follow this particular format the breakdown should be clear and organized.
Include the number of items purchased and the cost of each item where applicable.
