Math Help

  •  Talk with your instructor.  Find out his/her office location and office hours.  If you cannot make it to your instructor’s office hours, ask to make an appointment. See http://www.shoreline.edu/science/MathFacultyandStaffPage.aspx for your instructor's contact information.

  •  Visit the Math Learning Center (rm. 2202), where the staff can answer your math questions. See http://www.shoreline.edu/math/ for more information.

  •  Request free individual tutoring through the Transfer Tutoring Program (rm. 5217) or the Professional-Technical Tutoring Program (rm. 5216). See http://www.shoreline.edu/tutoring/ for more information.

  •  Form study groups with your classmates.  You can meet in the Math Learning Center, or elsewhere on campus.

  •  Find handouts and practice tests here.

  •  For help with test anxiety, stress management, general counseling, and more, make an appointment with the Advising and Counseling Center (rm. 5229, http://www.shoreline.edu/advising).
