Yes, history is a social science and all
history courses fulfill the social science distribution
requirement. Some history courses may also meet
additional requirements.
Check with your advisor. Generally, all
history courses taught at Shoreline transfer to
four-year institutions for social science credit.
Most history courses also meet degree, major, and minor
requirements at transfer institutions.
