Grants and waivers
are need-based financial aid that does not need to be repaid;
available to students who have not already earned a bachelor’s
degree.
Federal Pell Grant
Apply by
completing FAFSA.
Grant range: $400 to $4,050 per year.
This federal grant is available to eligible students enrolled in classes at least 6 credits. In some cases, limited amounts of Pell Grants may be available to students enrolled for less than six credit hours. Grants will be awarded in amounts up to $4,050.
Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (SEOG)
Apply by
completing FAFSA (funds limited).
Grant range: $100- $1,000 per year.
This federal
grant is available to eligible students enrolled in at least 6
credits. These grants range from $100 to $1,000 for the year.
Priority is given to students with the highest financial need,
taking into account date of file completion.
