An official transcript is a copy of the student's academic record at the college and is required for any application submitted to another college or university.  An official transcript carries the Registrar's signature and the College seal.

 

You can request a transcript:

For a fee of $5 per copy, requests are typically fulfilled in 3-5 business days. There is a $30 fee for international first class mailing. Due to high demand during peak periods, please order transcripts as early as possible to meet your application deadline. There is a $20.00 additional fee for same day requests.

Request a copy through the Shoreline portal on the National Student Clearinghouse website.

By Mail

  1. Download Transcript Request Form
  2. Fill out the form completely including student identification number (SID), birth date, last quarter attended, previous name (if applicable) and delivery information.
  3. Mail the completed form with payment to:

In Person

Bring the Transcript Request Form and the fee to the Cashier's Office in the FOSS/5000 Building during regular business hours. Forms are also available on campus at Enrollment Services.
