Getting Started with eLearning

Follow these instructions to find your online classroom and get started.

1. Get your text books and course materials. For information about how to get your text books online, see Ordering Books.
    
2. Blackboard is the software Shoreline Community College uses for its Online, Mostly Online, and Hybrid courses. Many other classes include some Internet content via Blackboard. Visit the Blackboard Information page for general information about Blackboard and our Blackboard support services, including online tutorials, video tutorials, and face to face orientations.
    
3. Directions for Logging onto Blackboard. You will be able to log in to Blackboard on the first day of the quarter.
    
4. Please check your SCC information to make sure that your email account is current with the college. Click here to update your email address.
