Come to the Campus Theater on Sunday, November 4 at 3 p.m. for an afternoon of musical
delight with a performance by concert pianist
Dr. Gregory Partain.
Partain is an award-winning recitalist, chamber musician, and concerto soloist who has been performing on stages internationally for the past 20 years. He has released two solo albums since 2001, judged the 1999 Vladimir Horowitz International Piano Competition and taught for the Kentucky Governor’s School for the Arts and Governor’s Scholars Program over the course of six summers.
His fall concert is called “Piano Excursions from East to West,” and will include works from Asia, Europe, and North America. All proceeds go to the Shoreline Piano Scholarship
Fund, which helps Shoreline students pay for private piano lessons.
Ticket prices are as follows:
Individual Recital: General $15, Discount $10, Children and SCC students $5. Series of four Recitals:
General $45, Discount $30, Children and SCC students $15.
